Happy (belated) New Year!!! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas holiday and New Year spent with loved ones, full of joy and laughter, and reflected on God's love for us. December flew by in a flash and now we're already halfway through January. My holidays were a very chill and laid-back time. I spent a few days with my dad's side of the family in Fergus Falls and then with my mom and Rod in Loretto.

I was finally able to go down to Chicago on December 20th for my visa appointment! The appointment went very well and I had all the documents needed. After a long and anxious wait, I got my passport with the visa on January 13th! God's hand in the process never fails to amaze me. Something God has been reminding me, time after time, is that He will always provide and make a way. Through the constant delays and trials, He was with me through it all and made it happen. Now all I have to do is get a Spanish Foreign Identity card and I am all set for the next year!
I am thrilled to say, I made it to Spain two days ago! I and three other single staff are all moved in and ready to welcome the students alongside our base leaders. We only have four girls this year but I can't wait to get to know them and come alongside them as they learn and grow in their faith in Jesus. I am so very excited for this next season of life and what God has in store for me and this YWAM base. We currently do not know where we will go for outreach as Romania recently joined the Schengen zone but wherever we are led, it will be a time of fellowship and making a positive, Godly impact on those around us.

Prayer requests:
After flying for over 8 hours to Paris and then almost 3 hours to Spain, I have started experiencing some pain and swelling in my left calf and am worried it might be a deep vein clot. I am hoping to see a doctor today or tomorrow. Prayers that it would all go well and there isn't anything serious.
Prayer over the students, that they would know God in deeper and more intimate ways.
Prayer for guidance and wisdom as we as a staff figure out where to go for outreach.
So far I only have money raised for half the year so prayer for more financial partners to come alongside me in this journey of full-time missions.
Thank you all for your endless support, love, and care you have shown me.
I wish you all the best,
Zetta
